Holaspirit to Talkspirit Migration

We have started migrating Holaspirit clients to the new Talkspirit platform.

The Holaspirit features you use today are present and optimised on the new Talkspirit platform. There you will find the tools that let you structure your organisation and manage your roles, circles, meetings and projects, along with your history.

When you migrate to the new Talkspirit platform, you do not have to rebuild your organisation or change your subscription. The migration is triggered directly from the Migration page of your Holaspirit administration space, by clicking the dedicated button. This page gathers all the information you need to prepare your migration. It also gives you access to a demonstration environment, where administrators can discover and test the new platform before the switchover.

Until the day of your migration, keep working normally in your current Holaspirit environment. At the moment of migration, your organisation and your history are transferred to the new Talkspirit platform.

Once the migration of our Holaspirit clients to Talkspirit is complete, the former Holaspirit platform will be sunset on 16 October 2026. As a reminder, Holaspirit's features are not disappearing: they are now integrated into the new Talkspirit platform, where they will continue to evolve.

The new Talkspirit platform also gives you access, only if you choose to activate them, to additional communication and collaboration modules: a newsfeed, instant messaging with videoconferencing, a file storage and sharing space, or a resource library. These modules enrich the features you use today in Holaspirit, but activating them is entirely optional. You can therefore keep using your current features without changing your ways of working. [fs-toc-h2]What the migration to the new platform means in practice

The Holaspirit migration to Talkspirit is not a new deployment of your organisation. It allows us to fix reported bugs, optimise existing features and develop new ones.

Your current Holaspirit environment is the source of the migration. On the day you trigger it, your organisation and your history are carried over into the new Talkspirit platform.

Your subscription continues under the same contractual terms: same duration, same price and same scope of service. The migration involves no additional cost.

Until the chosen migration day, your teams keep working normally in Holaspirit.

1. Discover the new platform

A dedicated Migration page is available to administrators only, in Holaspirit. Look for a migration page icon on your admin panel.

From this page, you can access detailed migration information and open a private demonstration environment to discover the new Talkspirit platform before your migration.

The demonstration environment is designed for testing and exploring, it is not your future production environment. You can keep working in your usual Holaspirit until migration day.

On switchover day, it is your current Holaspirit environment that is carried over, not the demonstration environment.

Email notifications are also disabled there, so your tests do not disturb your teams.

2. Prepare your teams

The Migration page gathers the resources you need to prepare the transition: documentation, videos and communication templates to share with your teams.

You can also consult our knowledge base dedicated to the migration from Holaspirit to Talkspirit at any time. It details the process step by step, the changes brought by the new platform and the points to check before your migration.

For the vast majority of organisations, the migration requires no particular technical preparation.

We do, however, recommend choosing your date according to your organisation's calendar.

If you are approaching a back-to-work period, a seminar, a reorganisation or a particularly busy stretch of activity, choose the moment that will disturb your teams the least.

If your organisation has several Holaspirit workspaces, each one is migrated separately. We therefore recommend coordinating their migrations when the same teams use several workspaces.

3. Check that your organisation is ready

Before the migration, a few checks let you make sure your environment is ready to be transferred.

These checks are accessible from the Migration page and guide you step by step.

Your users have nothing particular to do before the migration. They can keep using Holaspirit normally until switchover day.

4. Choose your date and trigger the migration

Once the migration is activated for your workspace, a dedicated button appears on the Migration page of your Holaspirit administration.

Your administrator chooses when to trigger the migration.

If this button currently shows "Coming Soon", it signals no problem on your side. We are progressively activating this feature for all our clients. The button will become available soon and you have no action to take to unlock it.

Once activated, you can choose the moment that suits your organisation and launch the migration yourself.

The process is automated and, for the vast majority of organisations, takes only a few minutes.

[fs-toc-h2]What happens to our data?

You are not starting from scratch.

Your organisation is carried over into Talkspirit with your structure and your history. You find your working environment again on the new platform, without having to rebuild your organisation manually.

The principle to remember is simple: the migration is performed from your production Holaspirit at the moment you trigger it.

You can therefore keep evolving your roles and circles, holding your meetings, managing your projects and working normally until your migration.

Your subscription continues on Talkspirit under the same contractual terms: same duration, same price and same scope of service.

You do not have to take out a new subscription and the migration involves no additional cost.

This is not a change of plan: it is the platform on which the service is provided to you that evolves.

[fs-toc-h2]What happens after the migration?

Once the migration is complete, Talkspirit becomes your new working environment.

Your users are then invited to join the new platform and your former Holaspirit environment is deactivated.

From that moment on, your organisation works on Talkspirit.

That is why we recommend informing your teams of the chosen date before triggering the migration, even though the technical transfer itself is automated.

[fs-toc-h2]What happens on 16 October 2026?

16 October 2026 marks the closure of the current Holaspirit platform. After that date, the migration will happen automatically.

Until then, each organisation can choose for itself the most appropriate moment to migrate to Talkspirit, as soon as the migration is activated for its workspace.

If your migration button still shows "Coming Soon", it simply means the migration has not yet been activated for your workspace. You have nothing to correct or unlock on your side: activation will happen progressively.

As soon as the button becomes available, we recommend not waiting until the last days. By choosing your date early, you can prepare your teams and make the transition at the moment best suited to your organisation.

• If you are a Holaspirit user: keep working normally in your current environment. No particular action is required before the migration.
• If you are an administrator: go to the Migration page in Holaspirit. There you can discover the new platform, access the preparation resources and follow the different steps.
• If your button shows "Coming Soon": you have nothing to do. Its activation is being rolled out and will happen soon.
• If your migration button is active: coordinate with your organisation's other administrators and choose the date that suits your teams best.
• On migration day: trigger it from Holaspirit. Your organisation and your history are transferred automatically to Talkspirit.
• After the migration: your teams carry on working on Talkspirit and your former Holaspirit environment is deactivated.

The date to remember is 16 October 2026: on that date, the current Holaspirit platform will close.

The new Talkspirit platform also includes Spark, Talkspirit's artificial intelligence. Because structure and day-to-day work are brought together in the same place, Spark can draw on your organisation's context to help you find and understand the information you need.

The point is not simply to add an AI to the platform. It is to give it the organisational context that makes its answers relevant: the organisation's structure, roles, responsibilities and the information each user has access to.

Rather than searching for information across several spaces, or having to know its location in advance, people can ask Spark to better understand their working environment and reach the relevant information faster.

This is one of the major benefits of the convergence: the organisation's structure, work and knowledge are now connected in one environment.
