Talkspirit has joined Open Trusted Cloud, the OVHcloud initiative created in 2019 that labels SaaS and PaaS solutions hosted in a cloud compliant with European regulations. Publishers in the programme sign a contract setting out cybersecurity commitments on both sides, and Talkspirit joins names including Sopra Steria, Systran, Jamespot, Claranet and Kameleoon.

In an increasingly digital world where data has become a strategic asset, trust in digital service providers is a key element for companies. Through its Open Trusted Cloud program, OVHcloud is increasing its efforts to raise awareness of this issue in the economic and political spheres.

What is Open Trusted Cloud?

Created in 2019, Open Trusted Cloud (OTC) is an initiative of the French cloud provider OVHcloud which aims to create an ecosystem of labeled solutions—all hosted in a cloud that guarantees compliance with European regulations and reflects the codes of an open and free world.

In this program, we find software publishers of SaaS (software as a service) and PaaS (platform as a service) solutions, offering special guarantees for their customers and users in terms of hosting and data security. Through a contract signed by each publisher, the latter and OVHcloud each make different commitments in terms of cybersecurity, for the benefit of all users and consumers.

Talkspirit joins numerous software publishers in the Open Trusted Cloud, including Sopra Steria, Systran, Jamespot, Claranet and Kameleoon.

OVHcloud and Talkspirit, a long-term partnership

For Philippe Pinault (CEO of Talkspirit), following in the footsteps of OVHcloud in this program was an obvious choice. He explains: “The Open Trusted Cloud initiative is totally in line with our objectives and those of our customers. It highlights the importance of being able to rely on players who are concerned about security and data protection.”

“Our concern for cybersecurity has been consistent since our very beginnings. It’s a determining condition for Talkspirit’s success in its market,” Pinault recalls. This was a decisive factor in convincing other major customers who recently joined Talkspirit: the French Ministry of the Interior’s Road Safety Department, the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, the French Army, the consulting firms Stormshield and Squad.
