The Caisse primaire d’Assurance Maladie Bas-Rhin
The Caisse primaire d’Assurance Maladie Bas-Rhin, managed by Sylvie Mansion, is a private organization with a total of 1000 employees. Under this name, three CPAMs are actually grouped together: La Caisse primaire in Haguenau, the one located in Strasbourg, and the one located in Sélestat, not to mention the various reception points, spread throughout the department of Bas-Rhin, i.e. 24 locations in total. Our mission? To ensure that all citizens have access to health care, and support them in preserving their health.
Before the installation of talkspirit, CPAM’s communication was subject to its very pyramidal structure: information was top-down, not cross-sectional, and very often centralised around the management. The lack of interactivity between services, management and departments is one of the major problems that the organization took into consideration when it decided to embark upon this project.
